This is an old German style from the Berlin Kottbusser neighborhood that was outlawed by the German Purity laws for brewing. |

This batch is aged on Constellation Coffee Company’s Honduras Cafico and Kenya AA Microlot roast. Fun fact: the dog is Gekkie, the brewers dog, and her name means silly in Dutch. |

Belgian Brown · 6.0% ABV · 23 IBU B3PO is proof that sometimes accidents lead to great things! Our brewery software went nuts and the result was a delicious Belgian concoction! Our farmhouse yeast strain had a great time with malty, toasted notes of this brown ale to make a complex flavor with notes of banana. |

Irish Red Ale · 5.7% ABV · 22 IBU Luck It – There once was a beer that came from midtown. Malty, toasty, and more reddish than brown. T’was a favorite of those who tried, all finished. The brewers were fraught it would be a gimmick. But said “Luck It“, bore limerick, and cheers went around. |

Marzen · 5.8% ABV · 26 IBU 1506 Marzen : The year is 1506. In Bavaria, our ancestors are developing a new style of beer: Marzen! Marzen was originally brewed in Marz (German for “March”) and saved for Oktoberfest. Our 1506 Marzen has malty toasty notes with a clean finish that make this the perfect beer to start the fall season. |

Bock · 6.8% ABV · 46 IBU Midtown Bock has a mix of pale, caramel, and dark malts charged with Hallertau and Saaz hops. By turning this traditional lager into an ale style, we punched up the body of the beer for more full flavor. |
